Controversy
Himesh Reshammiya once said that RD Burman sang in a nasal voice. This upset Asha Bhosle, who replied, “If anyone claims Burman-Saab sang through his nose, they deserve a slap.” Himesh was surprised by her reaction, saying, “I never meant to insult Pancham-da (Burman). I learned music from Laxmikant-Pyarelal and Pancham-da. I don’t know what went wrong.”
Arijit recently apologized to Salman in public, grabbing everyone’s attention. This happened after Salman’s impressive Sultan trailer. The incident highlights Salman’s industry influence. Arijit joins a list of singers like Sonu Nigam, Himesh Reshammiya, and AR Rahman who’ve had disagreements with Salman.
The Indian Idol season was full of controversies. The biggest issue came up when Amit Kumar revealed that he was told to say nice things about the contestants. Fans were also annoyed by the judges, Neha Kakkar’s overly dramatic reactions, and Himesh Reshammiya’s cheesy comments.
